A physician's perspective on burnout and well-being

Jennifer Myster will introduce and interview Natalia 

“A physician’s perspective on burnout and wellbeing.”  Natalia Dort-Biderman, physician at Methodist Hospital, leads the HealthPartners wellbeing task force.  She will share how HeathPartners is supporting its teams as they recover from the pandemic and unrest of the past few years.  An immigrant from Uruguay, Natalia has first hand experience on the impact diversity has on an individual’s wellbeing.
