Scott speaks to organizations who want to leverage new communication strategies to increase sales, profits and productivity. As a serial entrepreneur, Scott founded and grew Minnesota’s largest technology training company to over $12MM, and then sold the company in 2003. His company was named one of the 50 fastest growing private companies in Minnesota in 1997 and 1998, and he was named to Minnesota’s 40 under 40 list of successful top executives.  Scott then founded and grew Insights Twin Cities to over $3MM

Jennifer is the president of Methodist Hospital and Vice President of Home Care, Hospice and Community Senior Care. She also oversees our Western Minnesota partnerships in Hutchinson and Glencoe.

Before joining HealthPartners in November 2018, Jennifer spent nearly 10 years with Allina Health as the president of Buffalo Hospital. There she was known as a leader committed to excellent performance and strong partnerships within the organization and throughout the community.

Previously, Jennifer served as the specialty service line leader at Park Nicollet from 2002-2009, with responsibility for heart and vascular, cancer care, the International Diabetes Center, mental health, radiology, lab, pharmacy and rehabilitation services. Her background also includes 12 years at Mayo Clinic as a leader for a number of specialty and primary care service lines.

Jewelie Grape will share with us her vision for Rotary in 2023. 

Tom Nicol will introdue

The 2026 Special Olympics USA Games will take place in Minnesota, bringing together athletes, coaches and fans who will showcase inclusion, competition and how to unify the world through sport. In June 2026, the Twin Cities will host as many as 4,000 athletes, 10,000 volunteers, 1,500 coaches and 75,000 fans from all 50 states, parts of Canada and the Caribbean.
